SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At PacDepot, we work hard to get your order out the door and on its way as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the best shipping method for your order, please contact Customer Service at 657-666-3452.
At this time we ship to the contiguous 48 states. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO (Air/Army Post Office) boxes, FPO (Fleet Post Office) boxes, freight forwarders or a few limited geographic areas. For HI and Alaska please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping rate to your location.
Please verify proper ship to address before order is submitted, as there are no changes once the order is submitted. We are not responsible for any wrong or undelivered addresses.
All orders placed before 5PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday will be ship same day. Orders placed after 5PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday will be ship next business day (except holidays). All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Southern California.
Transit times start when they leave our facility and are not guaranteed. Shipping is non-refundable.
Expedited shipping might be arranged directly with us before placing an order.
Local Delivery is available for qualifying orders ($200 or more) within a 20 mile radius of our headquarter office at zipcode 92618.
PacDepot offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Unopened item can be returned within 30 days. Buyer will pay for return shipping cost regardless of any reasons. Please contact us via email or call 1657-666-3452 to obtain an RMA number. Packages without the RMA number or prior communication will be refused by our return department.
